We are proud to offer our customers a 24hr service for any emergency that may arise. We also offer our customers individual contracts to cover any breakdown of alarm equipment.

Annual Service

£60.00 + VAT
This includes one service per year to conduct a thorough check of your alarm system.

Any labour or additional work required after the 1st hour will be subject to an additional charge.

Labour charges are calculated on an hourly basis and include travelling time from the office. There is a minimum charge of one hour. Thereafter, it will be calculated to the nearest half hour.

The current hourly rate is £37.50 + VAT during normal office hours and £62.50 + VAT for after hours calls.


Silver Contract Service

£77.50 + VAT
Your Silver Service contract covers you for one annual routine service of your alarm system. This will include comprehensive voltage and resistance checks taken from the power supply, main control panel, and all equipment connected to it.

We will also fully test the functionality of the whole system to ensure it is working within its full capabilities.

Any customer training or programming alterations can also be done during this visit.

However any physical alterations to your system, i.e. extra detectors fitted, equipment having to be relocated etc would be chargeable at our normal hourly rate.

Your contract also covers you for emergency engineer callouts over a 24-hour/seven days a week period, providing the reason for the callout is compliant within the guidelines listed below*.

You are also entitled to a 24 hour engineer technical advice service. If we are not needed to site we would be able to assist you over the phone if required.

Please note that all parts are chargeable to you the customer, regardless of the reasons for upgrading/replacing. All parts installed however are covered under the standard manufacturer’s one year warranty, and would be replaced if necessary within that time.

*These conditions apply providing the fault is primarily with the alarm system itself and/or any equipment connected to it. The company upholds the right to charge for an engineer callout if the fault is caused by; customer damage/misuse, vandalism, pet or rodent damage and power cuts of any duration. Also acts of God, i.e. flooding, lightning strikes, storm damage or ingress of moisture to system parts arising from poorly sealed buildings, which should be covered by customers own insurance.


Gold Service Contract

£105.00 + VAT
Your Gold Service contract covers you for one annual routine service of your alarm system. This will include comprehensive voltage and resistance checks taken from the power supply, main control panel, and all equipment connected to it.

We will also fully test the functionality of the whole system to ensure it is working within its full capabilities.

No Maintenance Contract

The cost of a call out for customers without a Maintenance Contract will be £50.00 + VAT during office hours and £65.00 + VAT out of office hours. These prices are subject to change without prior notification.
